I will volunteer for that job!!!
I agree. He needs a woman of substance. someone who loves him for who is. a wonderful human being not just a wonderful bank account. He needs to stay away from the barbie dolls and find someone who will love all of him including his daughters.
well we all would like to volunteer ,but you can see from his affect that he is a person who really cares about others and is into family and would enjoy the entire family thing . I agree with elsa he needs to stay away from barbie types and find a woman who is not in show biz ,has her own gig and is intelligent and has her own finances . I have so many friends who are looking due to divorce and they dont get it they keep looking for the wrong guys . They want to be wined and dined and given gifts . Its nice but the simple stuff is most important like going down to the Docks fishing having coffee and talking ....I am lucky my guy is lovely we do the silliest things and are happy to be together even at the mall or star-bucks The best is packing up your first born to go back to college (which cant come soon enough) we drop her off then have a wonderful ride through NY state and just enjoy . I wish that for David ...Sending a kid off to college is the best ,and doing it with the person you love and has been there with you raising the kids is fab !!!!!!!!!
I'm not in the running either. being wined and dined can be fun for awhile but it gets old. As you can see my dearest heart has a silly side. We have had many adventures in marriage. Our biggest was his stroke at 37 years old. He's 40 now and I love him more now than I did the day we got married.
That is what I wish for David. That someone loves him for his heart. not the sum total of his bank account or his body parts.though I have to admit his body parts are nice. You know it's love when they see you in the morning and still want to be there!!

You know, I think it's all been said by the other replies below. I just want to add agreement.
I think Hoff is a great looking guy with a great heart. I wouldn't volunteer for being his partner as I am not single and am not sure I'd want to move to America (from UK). However, I'd love to be his friend. I think Hoff space is great but I don't think it is a brilliant substitute for the actual presence of friends. I hope Hoff has some friends he can hang with who he feels secure and content with.
I hope he can just feel grounded whatever he does.

Love
