The Stig in the Zonda would wup The Hoff in KITT. When you watch back, kitt only ever looked to do about 90mph, untill the later series when it got a bit shit, but would do about 150mph.

Well if you really think about it. It would depend on one thing, if they (the cars) did the driving or a human at the wheel.
down to the cars it would be KARR due to the rules he followed as he'd take corners as fast as he could and take more chances.
KITT would be a bit easyier round the track and with this could endup being just a bit slower.
And before you ask I only had about 10 second thinking time before typing this.
