Sorry I wasn't able to come from the States.  Was with you all in spirit!  What was David's song list like and how was Bella Vida?  I'd love all the details!

I also was in Vienna to see David live on stage! He was so great! Wooohhhhooo!

I will also go to Frankfurt and Munich!

hi julia, i'm envious - you will also see him two more times on stage! it was my first concert ever and it even exceeded my expectations! it was awesome, dazzling, breathtaking! i wacked out because it was so GREAT, i have no more superlatives :-). do you know who the person was who came on stage before the show to introduce the concert?

hi sue,

yes it would have been a long way from the states :-) but even more so david's european fans literally freaked out because it was such a long time since the last tour over here. well, it was fantastic, i cannot think of superlatives that would describe what i felt and experienced! the song list was a mix of old songs (looking for freedom, crazy for you, limbo dance, hooked on a feeling...) and also brand new songs from the new album coming out on april 1st (heartbreak cafe, you are the hero, it's time to rock the world...). bella vida did three songs i didn't know before (masquerade, kiss kiss bang...) and i can only guess the correct song titles. it was a pity that the audience didn't like bella vida that much, unfortunately it was a mixture of applause and jeers. but they just went on like real pros, "the show must go on". i thought they were great but what happened was that the crowd did want david on stage and bella vida right after the break almost made the mood turn into bad vibrations. in my opinion they should have opened the concert to heat up the vibe for david.

anyway, i had a real terrific time and enjoyed every second! it seemed david did the same as he really was into it when people just kept on singing the lyrics even without him :-).

i wished i could go to another concert as well but time doesn't allow i'm afraid...

I was there!!!! I had a wonderfull time and I have been also at the Arena Nova the previous day :D

what an unforgettable long weekend !!!!

I didn't know about the Arena Nova event :-( but I was at the Wiener Stadthalle and it was great!

How did you manage to get that lovely foto with David? I am so envious!!

That was a great show! Certainly my highlight of the year 2011!

I was there. I think David was just as great as 20 years ago! I enjoyed the show. I made him a posy, but I did not dare to give it to him. I have mental problems, therefore I couldn't go to him. I was very sad about it. Maybe one day I get another chance.
