I didn't totally like the new KITT but as far the car goes the new series will include Turbo Boost thank you it's time they have include it but I would rather like the KITT from the Original show any day.

I can't be dealing with the whole nanobot thing. Super Pursuit Mode was cool but growing a spoiler and changing colour just doesn't sit right with me i'm afraid.

I love the new KITT. He is just as good as the old KITT. They are both fantastic cars. I even like KARR. They would be good together in the series with David coming back as Michael Knight. They both rock !!!!!

hello everyone

in holland we don't see much of the new knigtrider. we have seen the pilot it was oke but the old series with david hasselhoff is still the very best
i hope he keeps on playing a rol in the new series

its a follow up version so you can't compare it.

Personally I like the new 3000 model although there are aspects that will take some getting used to.
Having watched the pilot a couple of times now, did anyone else see another dismatled 3000 body and engine block....................new KARR by any chance?

I was trying to find the interview with Gary Scott Thomas on You Tube when they interviewed him just after the cancellation of the show & by what I could read into it NBC kept changing the shows perspective so it would not gel if that happens & also he made a point of brining up the Ford company (KITT can morph into a truck,van etc. as long as it's a Ford,silly idea).
I thought the TV movie they made was OK but it just did not hold to me the same heart or magic the original had in either the story line or the actors.
I think they did make some good episodes though for the series but I think the main problem was it was always going to be a problem without David or the original KITT making at least one appearance in the show together.
The CGI too me looked awful with some of KITT in attack mode looking like they used a black marker pen on the car (KITT in the TV movie attack mode did not look too bad I thought but OTT in the series.
