The third capital of Russia!

I recently read in a newspaper, that Kazan has officially become the third capital of Russia! There were other great cities, which pretended to get such a honorary title, but Kazan was the first. My greetings to people who lives in the city!

I didn't know about it. Recently, it was thought that Nizhny Novgorod is the third capital of Russia.

I'm sorry that it's not Nizhny Novgorod. :( It really deserves to be the third capital...
