Tonight on Off the Hook Ray Beckerman of Recording Industry vs. the People, aka Slashdot’s NewYorkCountryLawyer, joins us for discussion on Capitol V. Thomas and other things. We’ll also be talking to Joe Sibley, one of the defendant’s attorneys in that case.

Geek Prom was epic. Many thanks to the awesome folks at Pumping Station One! Nicky won the science fair, and quite right too. Her project was a discussion on music, illustrated with a working Commodore 128 which she had programmed to play 12 of her own compositions.

This chick’s pretty cool.

I landed safely in Chicago, a mere 7-8 hours behind schedule. Yay, Nicky! Speaking of my intrepid girlfriend, she found herself getting a neat article written about her, complete with quotes from her dorky boyfriend.

Oh Em Gee. I had to check out The Hoff Space. Because you talk about it enough that it has to be cool. Plus, I like the original Knight Rider.
