We have to put our loving dog to sleep about 3 weeks ago. She was a sick little girl and we miss her. The place that we live they wanted $500.00 deposit each for all animals living at the house. Becuase of that we paid for the dog but not the bird. The bird was living at my parants house and I was still able to see him any time I wanted. Now that the dog is not with us. I was driving downthe road and seen a person in the middle of the road having what looked like a sassier. When diving up I had seen a person go over to the man on the ground. I told him not to move him and called Emergency to help. Tried to talk to him to keep him down on the ground, because he was bleeding for the ear and other people tried to.
