Glenn Young promoted child-safety awareness Sunday at Kuhn's Market Cranberry.
Young's "Knight Rider" truck was parked outside Kuhn's Market on Sunday for the fundraiser

Glenn Young and the "K.I.D" car, which he built to resemble the "KITT" car.
Remember KITT, the whiz car made famous on the television series "Knight Rider" starring David Hasselhoff?
That car was pretty cool, and so is the miniature version that Glenn Young built. Young directs a nonprofit that the "Knight Rider" program inspired, which is dedicated to keeping youngsters safe. On Sunday, he participated in kuhn’s "Cranberry Shoot out fundraiser.
At the event, participants were asked to buy tickets for $1 each for two chances to make a basket at hoops set up at the store. All proceeds benefited Young's child-safety awareness program.
