The Caucus For Producers, Writers and Directors 27th Annual Awards Ceremony

I was honored last night to host The Caucus For Producers, Writers and Directors 27th Annual Awards Ceremony last night at the Beverly Hills Hotel.

I was asked to host the evening in order to present Angela Bromstad with the prestigious Executive of the Year Award. Angela is President of Prime-time Entertainment/NBC Universal media studios and is someone I have had the privilege of working with during my long relationship with NBC, most recently on their hit show, America's Got Talent. Stephen J Cannell, the legendary producer of shows such as the A-Team and the Rockford Files, was also honored with the Producer of The Year Award and it was a great night with over 300 top Entertainment Industry personalities present.

Stephen is currently working on the A-Team movie, which got me thinking about doing a movie about that other great 1980's show about the guy with the talking car... Ha ha. Let's see what 2010 brings.
